Eligibility Criteria
✅ Who Can Apply?
Educational Qualification: Two-year Draftsman Training Course Certificate or Diploma from any Government-recognised institute. Civil Engineering graduates may also be eligible — verify equivalence clause in official notification.
Domicile: Must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. Valid domicile certificate required on or before 14 May 2026.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026): Open Merit (OM): 18–40 years | SC/ST/OBC/RBA/EWS: 18–43 years | PwBD: 18–42 years | Ex-Servicemen: up to 48 years.
